I heard Bush when he said "I hear the voices" (of dissent). Colonel (Ret.) Ann Wright served 13 years in the U.S. Army and 16 years in the Foreign Service. She has served as U.S. Deputy Ambassador in numerous countries around the world. On the eve of the U.S. invasion of Iraq she resigned in protest, stating that without the authorization of the UN Security Council, the invasion of a Muslim, Arab, oil-rich country would be a disaster.
